Installed correctly on the dash, put my iPhone on it and it fell off in 2 seconds. Worthless!! Product will be returned!

This was available on Amazon for a great price, and I needed a phone mount that I could attach and detach my phone quickly. This was it. The magnet is extremely strong, and the provided rings stuck to my phone case without coming off, which was surprising. Also, the extra flat base they provided came in handy since the suction mount didn't like my rippled dashboard. The only problem I found (or maybe a suggestion for a future version of this mount) is that the thin "pole" did not extend more and wasn't long enough for some of my initial dashboard positions. I just had to find an area that worked. Otherwise, it's a good phone holder for quick on/off mounting. The design allows for extreme adjustability in all directions, and when you set it, I noticed the bouncing of the car does not move it unintentionally. Also, the twist to suction base is extremely strong on flat surfaces like the windshield. It sticks well without leaving residue that some other phone holders have.

This stand has its ups and downs.The magnet is strong and holds well. It's easy to put up, the little dial to tighten the suction cup down is easy to turn. The magnetic ring is easy to adjust to the direction you wantHowever, the suction is pretty useless. It stays stuck for about 3-5 minutes and then releases. Not matter how many times I tried it, different ways, made sure everything is super clean, smooth surfaces, it just doesn't stay.It sticks okay on glass, but still doesn't last.This would be a decent holder for indoors where it won't be shaking around and if you have some extra sticky to hold it down.
